      <image:caption>Otis began his yoga practice in 2016, and immediately experienced the benefits of this practice.  He graduated from Albright College in 1996 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and later achieved a Masters’ Degree in Secondary Education at University of Bridgeport in Connecticut in 1997, and brings 20 plus years of experience as a high school teacher.  A lifelong love of teaching, learning and fitness, combined with his grounding personality, has made him a natural at yoga instruction.  Otis is a 200 hour YRT certified yoga teacher, Balanced Athlete instructor and NASM Personal Trainer. He is committed to helping others experience all the healthy benefits of activity, mindful movement and a dedicated yoga practice.</image:caption>
